I'm hearing a clicking noise and it sounds like its coming from under the truck.

Hello,

If you are hearing clicking noise as you turn the wheel, it is likely due to faulty CV axle.
The CV axle could have a damaged boot, which will allow dirt and debris to enter the joint and that typically leads to the clicking noise.
Do an inspection of the CV axle. If there is a leak in the boot you will have grease all over suspension components.
