2001 GranMarq Not Blowing Air

I do NOT have the Climate Control AC/Heater. This is your standard MaxAC/AC/Vent/Off/Feet/Mix/Defrost knob on right and Blower Low to High speed knob on left.

I feel cold air come out when I set the vents to "fresh air" setting but nothing happens when I change the blower setting from low to high.

I checked Fuse 18 and switched out the blower motor.

Any other ideas?

My A/C I think had the same problem as yours, with mine its the knob if I touch it it stops blowing if I turn it up to high I have to flick it with my finger and it blows high, so I set it and leave it alone, its either a short or the knob just has bad contacts.
