The car on occassion pulses as I come to a stop. Do I replace the pads and/or the rotors? Are the new rotors definitly required with this problem? If that includes the rotors where do I find someone to grind the rotors?

On your car, best to just replace the rotors, these are rotors that just pull off, no bearings, and are fairly cheap nowadays. You will have a hard time finding a parts store that machines rotors! Do both, pads and rotors.
