1999 Mercury Marquis check engine light

My check engine light come on when I have my radio up I do have a aftermarket radio with sub and amp, when check engine light come on it tell me it for the TPS and it tells me low voltage I have change it know about 5 time I also have change the pigtail and alternator and battery

Is it possible the AMP over drawing causing voltage to drop causing unstable charging system and or battery

I dont think its that because I have a Capacitor for my amp!
