1996 Mercury Marquis car drifts mostly to the left

Have replaced 90% of the front end parts upper ball joints lower ball joints, brakes, rotors, steering gear, did an alignment and no one can figure out what is wrong can anyone help?

Try swapping tires from left side to right side. See if the drift follows the tire or stays to the left. If it follows the tires, you have bad tires. Make sure to change only the front tires, drive it, then only the rear tires and drive it.
