1999 Mercury Cougar Lights flickering and faint beeping

I just had my Cougar repaired with a new alternator, fleet sheets, and motor mounts. Now my fab doesn't work and the lights flicker on the dashboard and on the panel and there is a faint beeping sound.
What could possibly be now and where does one go to get it repaired and the ballpark price.

I would have the altinator checked again. If that was not the problem when you replaced the altinator the first time and with dim lights and a slight buzzing sound I would have the charging system checked. You say that you had the altinator changed I would take it back and have it checked again.
