1994 Mercury Cougar fan in front of Radiator

The fan in front of the Radiator comes on I am not to sure how this would be fixed. I belive it might be a bad fuse. But not to sure where to find it.

The cooling fan does or does NOT come on? You posted that it does come on. In which case is normal. I'm assuming you meant that it doesn't come on so you should check fuse #5 (60-amp) located in the underhood fuse panel (in engine compartment on the left hand fender apron).
