After the car is turned off and locked the parking lights and fog lamps stay on until the battery drains. I know they’re supposed to stay on for a couple of minutes and turn off automatically. But they stay on “forever now. Yes, the headlight switch is in the OFF position. And pushed “in” (i.e. fog lamps OFF).

Check for a water entry problem in the trunk. Water may run down the two large multi-wire harnesses into the PSE module. The PSE module may be somewhat filled with water, extensive corrosion and damage on circuit board. Open the module for inspection.
