2001 Mercedes Benz S430 Vacumn for door locks

The auto closure for the door locks stopped working yesterday. I am now unable to utilize the key locking functions nor do any of the door locks work. I assume this is connected to the vacumn pump. Is this hard to replace? Where is this located? Any help?

The PSE pump is located in the left foward (front of vehicle) facing wall in your trunk. Near the back of your rear seats. You will need to remove all the trunk paneling and then removing padding which is over the PSE. It is about the size of a brick and controls the door locks and all other vacuum systems on the vehicle.
