2001 Mercedes Benz S430 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hit a snow pack and now front air ride is down but back is up no broken hose, pump wants to come on?

This could be one of a few issues. On this vehicle in the engine compartment fuse box you will find a 40AMP Maxi Fuse (large fuse) that is labeled for your air suspension pump. Check this fuse first. If it is blown you are going to need to replace the fuse and the air suspension pump (this is a very common problem on this vehicle). If it is not blown, you may have blown the upper strut seals from impact into the snow bank. If this is the case you will need to bring the vehicle to your local dealer so they can reseal your upper strut seals. Unfortunately this is usually a dealer only repair because of the MB special tools required for this particular repair.
