2000 Mercedes Benz S430 Door will not operated using my rem

My doors to my car will not lock from my remote. I have to manual lock my doors to my car.

The doors used to close by themselves, they don't anymore. Is this some kind of air pump or electrical problem. I would klike to know what the problem is before I take it to the Mercedes dealer.

The problem you are having is related to your PSE (pneumatic system equipment) pump. This pump controls your door locks and close assist for your doors. Failure of this pump will cause the exact issues you are having. Also a leak in one of the pump air lines can cause this. The dealer should have no problem fixing this as it is a pretty common issue on "S" classes.
