2003 Other Mercedes Benz Models Two Wheel Drive Automatic 78000 miles

I have a 2003 C320, and my key won't turn. Please help!

If you have power at your battery and the key won't turn you more than likely have a failed EIS (electronic iginition system). This will n eed to be replaced at the dealership as coding is necessary to install.
