1997 Other Mercedes Benz Models cabin air filters

I have a 1997 E320 and I was going replace my cabin air filter but as I online I found a paper filter that looks like the on that is pictured on your website and another that was carbon for over $80. Will they both do the same thing that I need?

They both will work. The activated charcoal filter removes odor from the engine and the paper one does not. I found that the odor dissapated once you got fresh air coming in through the vent.
