2002 Mercedes Benz ML320 Coolant leaked out

because of loose clamp at bottom of radiator. I think it's now tightened but need to refill. I am 2 hours from an MB dealer and stranded with no coolant in below freezing temperatures. Need to have locally available coolant brought to me to refill.

Have found Valvoline Zerex G-05:

Is this my best option? Other suggestions?

You should be okay with this for a period of time. Once you are able to, I would recommend having the system repaced with MB apoproved coolant.
