My question is about reliablity of this model. This has been a great car I bought it new, however needs some repairs now. I dont know the full extent of repairs yet. I think it has a coolent leak. The car runs hot and no heat. Last year I had to buy a new airconditioner. I am thinking about getting repairs and giving to my daughter who is 18 single and in college 800 miles away from me. The other option is trade or sell to purchase her a new compact toyoto or honda.

I am also worried that the dealer wont try to fix it but wii try to get me to trade and buy new.

Its a great car and it sound as it is very well taken care of
now said that back to running hot
check coolant level and suspect it s low
should have it checked for sure ASAP
they will for sure try to get you to trade it in and sell you a new one that is their job
I would look around and check for an independent repair facility that they do Benz in your area(as they may have no interest in selling you a new car ) and ask them to check and evaluate it for you
hope that answered your question
let me know
