Considering the mileage of your vehicle a cyl 4 misfire is more than likely due to a faulty spark plug wire and/or spark plug. MB plug wires tend to last about 100,000 before they start to fail. I am not familiar with the BB in the code your having, I assume this is from a generic code scanner which may indicate this in the code. Usually misfire codes on generic scanners read as a P0300 code. The last digit indicates the cylinder number so your code for a cyl 4 misfire would normally be P0304. Lastely cyl 4 is located on the drivers side front of the motor (closest cyl to the front bumper, drivers side). Please let me know if I can assist you further.
