1998 Mercedes Benz C280 removel of pin that hold rear break

I have the caliper removed. Now how do I get the pin out that holds the pads in place.

If you are just replacing pads it is not necessary to remove the caliper assembly. The only thing that needs to be removed is the pin. The pin is removed with a long punch and hammer. Hit the pin through to the inside of the vehicle with the punch. Reinstall with new pads and use a short punch to reinstall the pin.
