How do I get the dip stick out to put transmission fluid in it.

There is a small wither black or red tab that sits on top of the trans filler tube. This is a lock. You will break the tab off by twisting it back and then use a small screw driver to push the remaining portion of the lock through. You will be able to purchase a new lock from a Benz dealer or local repair shop for a couple bucks.
