1999 Mercedes Benz 320e 6 cyl Automatic

Got po300 (random misfire). To keep a long story short I replaced the MAF but with no availe. Any suggestions?

P0300 is normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel-check EGR valve if it has one if its leaking
