Hi there,
This is just a matter of common sense items, change the oil on a regular basis, as every 5,000 Kms, also do the oil filter. check the tune every periodically, air & fuel filters, do the valve clearances every 20K or so, cheek the condition of the coolant, belts & hoses, and keep an eye on the other items like brakes, exhaust steering & suspension, regular maintenance will pick up the small problems before they turn into big problems.
