Market value on this model is not high and any work on the heads will not be cheap. That being said, this model is known among MB enthusiasts as a great vehicle so if the rest of the vehicle and engine are sound you may want to consider the head work. I have personally seen several of these models with 300,000+ miles on them in great running condition.
