First of all I need to inform you that there is no information or parts available to fix that transmission I have never been able to find a transmission shop that will even attempt to repair them, so I will tell you what I know. First of all checked fluid level those transmissions always leak from the filler tube, make sure the oil is pink and it does not smell burnt. Seconds on top of the valve cover conducted to the accelerator linkage there is a micro switch with vacuum hoses that shifts the transmission at certain RPMs according to how much acceleration you are giving it, it's those usually go bad also off that same control you will find the kid down cable check the cable make sure it's not broke there is also a vacuum line off the back of the injection pump, check all your vacuum lines and make sure they are all good the vacuum line off the back of the injection of goals down to the transmission shift module make sure that line is good or the transmission will not work, good luck I hate these problems if you have anymore questions let me know.
