1989 Mercedes Benz 190e ALDL connector

I'm a GM master tech. On this MB, the round underhood connector on driverside I assume is the ECM connector. Because I don't have the right cable, what can I do to just flash trouble codes? Like connect which terminals on the aldl?

An on-board test connection with push button and light emitting diodes is locate on left, rear engine compartment firewall. To enter self-diagnostics, turn ignition on and press diagnostic connector push button No 2, for 2-4 seconds. Impulse readout will commence flashing code sequence. Codes may also be retrieved through use of an impulse counter.
