Mechanic moved a fuse? Now blinkers work but no indicator lights or click?

I recently had my car serviced because it was a crank no start. Mechanic did a full multipoint inspection and diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue. They replaced the fuel pump and the car worked fine. When I picked the car up, the radio didn’t turn on. I was irritated- it worked when I dropped it off.

I messaged them and they said it was probably a blown radio fuse and suggested I check. I looked in the driver side fuse box and inspected each one- everything as fine. Then I looked under the hood and found one that was blown. I replaced it and the radio didn’t work still until I noticed the radio fuse (20 amp) was in the wrong spot. I have no idea why, but it was in the DTRL spot right next to where it should be, instead of the Audio spot. I thought this was weird so I moved it over and, what do you know, the radio suddenly worked. I have no idea if I ever had a DTRL fuse, but I know for sure I didn’t move anything before they looked at my car. I have no idea why the radio fuse was in the wrong spot. But, I thought I had solved the problem.

However, after all of this, now my dashboard blinker indicators do not work. They worked before I started checking all of the fuses, and before I moved the radio fuse back to where it belonged. They blink externally, but there is no light on the dash telling me they are working, and no clicking sound. In addition, the door chime and reminder sound that tells me I have turned the car off without turning off my headlights does not sound, and the dash indicator of my high beams does not light up. The emergency flasher lights work, but the same issue occurs- now there is no flasher light on the dash and no indicator sound.
Did I mess something up while checking the fuses? Why would my radio fuse have been moved to the DTRL spot? Also- the radio fuse is a 20amp fuse and the DTRL slot is supposed to have a 10amp fuse. Could this have messed anything up?

I fixed it. Turns out I didn’t have the relays all the way in, I just needed to push a little harder. Thank you!
