2000 Mazda Truck Truck Stalls Unexplained

I own a 2000 Mazda B2500 Truck. Twice in the past 3 weeks the truck has stalled. The first time I felt it stalling and was able to park it and re-start immediately. The second time it stalled it did not start. The engine and stick shift shook violently as I tried to start it. Nothing. Then half hour later it started immediately. No problem and ran smoothly. I went to get code check and it said no codes. I did that first time too and again, no codes. After first stall I changed fuel filter. ANY ideas? This is quite dangerous and I need your help to resolve. Thank You.
