If you replace the fuse again will it run? If you repalced the fuel pump, then I doubt that circuit is the issue. The RAP (remote Anti-theft Personality module) is located at the left rear corner of the cab, not sure if the truck will run with it unplugged, but might want to try it to see if it is waht is causing the fuse to blow. Did you visually inspect he wiring under dash since it smelled like it may have burnt

Yes it runs untill it pops that fuse like 20seconds then it shuts the fuel pump relay off and the smell is coming from that fuse box under the hood you can see the black tarnish where it pops that fuse I think that is the smell im smelling I dont think it runs long enough to catch fire now my door ajar light stays on and sometimes while im driving it chimes could that be related to the rap module? Going bad but I will try to un plug it im not sure either if it will run cause the key is programmed to that box right? Now even the extended cab is it still located in the left rear conner? Or is it in the finder? Thank again

You said that the rap module is located in the left rear conner?( Looking at the truck or sitting in it) is it behind the the seat? Or do I haft to take all of the pannes off in the left conner. Also could it be the GEM ( General Electronics Module ) could that short out and pop the number 9 fuse spot? The rap module is around 180 and I have not a clue what the GEM module is going to cost me I dont want to buy the rap module and not be the problem? Thanks again
