2001 Mazda Tribute squeeking noice when I turn the wheel

When I turn my wheel to the left, it makes this really loud squeeking/ grinding noise. I just got the car 2 weeks ago from a used car dealership. I dont have a ton of money, but I am a little apprehensive about driving with the noise. I filled the tires with air, and it still makes the noise.

Check the drive axle on that side-inspect the CV Joints and boots
