2001 Mazda Tribute Lights do not work

The lights on my vehicle do not work, except for the left headlamp, while the veh. Is in park or is engaged.
They work when I use my fob to lock and unlock the veh.
The following light turn on:
signal lights; the brake lights; side indicator lights; interior lights; high beams.

The Right Headlight does not. I have not changed or attempted to change this yet.
