2008 Mazda RX8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 41000 miles

My rx8 engine ticks with the acceleration and revving of the engine. I have researched all I can and everything points to plug wires being loose. I just replaced the plugs and wire and de carbed my engine. It still ticks. What else could it be.

My 2005 rx8 has 30000 miles and the engine ticks as well.

This is a more common problem with these cars. Although most continue to drive with no known problems or changes.
