Engine Mechanical problem
Mazda RX7 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 103000 miles

I recently purchased this car from a mechanic who knew really knew nothing about rotary engines. When purchased the car was running fine and dandy 2 weeks prior. I got the car home, charged up the battery and tried to start but got nothing but the engine just turning. Came to the conclusion the engine was flooded with gas so I followed the unflooding procedure and afterwards it cranked right up. Ran smooth at idle at first, then it is required to have your foot just slightly on the gas pedal to keep it running, you let off and the engine usually stalls. But if you push on the gas 1/4 way, 1/2 way, or all the way to the floor the engine goes to 2000rpms then starts stuttering very quickly and almost humming. The noise seems to be coming from the area around the intake or exhaust port areas. I'm not sure, but I believe it may have something to do with the Throttle sensor, because as the throttle opens after just a bit of pressure the sensor is released and that seems to be when the problem starts. Also maybe something to do with A/C cut-out control system? I'm not sure, Previous guess was the fuel pump but already been tested/replaced and is not cause of problem. Oil also seems either mixed with gas(could be from engine flooding?) Or water. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
