1987 Mazda RX7 Car Starting Problems

Okay here's the situation, the car does not want to start, it cranks but does not ignite. All you here is the starter trying to start the car. I changed the alternator and water pump, new battery too. It starts once in 10 tries or so and idles high and dies. Please HELP!

Check the fuel pressure if okay look for spark

How do I check the fuel pressure? Im 17 I dont really know much about cars yet.

Get a fuel pressure tester and check the fuel pressure before and after the fuel filter get someone more experience
