2003 Mazda Protege Car is Shaking when stop on intersection

Hi Guys
I have Mazda 2003 Protege LX2.0 when I start my car is take time like cranking and after I drive some km. When I stop the car is shaking and Engine light Stay on continued. Yesterday ill took my car with my mechanic he say need tune-up he change Plugs and wire but still same so please if possible someone have solution please help me out of this email me or reply me on my id r_rimpal@yahoo. Hi guys I have this kind problems when I drive my car is running good but when stop is shaking with engine light on so, ill bring my car for scan they tell me need full tune-up but I say if we change pluge and wire he say ok but if stll problem need to change coil and its cost each $200 so ill take chance just change pluge and wire order to part sourse from their for pluge $12(4pluge) and wire $69 beacuse my mecanic charge me for pluge $49 and for wire $88, after change my this stuff my car is ok now. Thank you so much
