1999 Mazda Protege Mazda Protege Glove Box Latch

Somehow my daughter broke the handle of the glove box and it no longer opens. I can't figure out a way to open the glove box. Does anybody have any idea how I can do this. I've already resigned to the fact that I will probably have to replace both the latch and glove box but can't seem to find a part or any website that can give me the item to purchase.

Hi marmfield,

Such items are not feasible for after market production so you can only get them at the dealership.

You should be able to purchase and replace the handle from the dealership.
