Tribute electrical problem

Hi guys, first time in this forum.
I have a problem with my '02 Tribute. The left turn signal started giving symptoms that it was out yet it would still blink. Now whenever I turn on the signal, my dashboard lights blink along with it. Changed the bulb and checked the fuse but it still doing it. Any ideas what the problem can be?

You say it blinks but does it blink faster than the right side. If so are you sure you used the right bulb?

It blinks at normal speed and the bulb is the exact model as the old one. Not only that, the right brake light blinks along with the left turn signal. I know it's electrical but I don't know where to start.
