Should I repair or replace?

I have a 1997 Mazda Millenia 6 cyl. Engine with 148,368 miles currently on it. The engine light had been on for a while when it was diagnosed as needing two O2 censors as well as a new main computer. I'm told that my car is only worth $2,000 as is and I would be better served to purchase another car. My question is obviously, should I repair or replace?

That is entirely your call. What kind of car can you get for the amount of the repairs? And factor in the payments.

An o2 sensor is not that hard to replace usually. You have to be willing to do the work though. Go down to your local library and look for a book on your car. If you find one, look for the main computer. It is usually behind the kick-panel on the passenger side or under the dash. If you are willing to replace the parts yourself which isn't that hard mind you, then you could easily do the repairs for well under $1000
