RX8 stability problem

I just swaped engine of my Japanese right hand rx8 with a US rx8 model is 2004. Problem is when I start the car first time in the morning engine remain stable but after about 2-3 min engine dies, start again and give acceleration misses in early rpm till 3000 rpm but if we drive the car by giving more acceleration the moment we release acceleration and it goes below 3000 rpm it dies. But after the drive of 20 min it get stable. I checked the plugs, coils, grips, connectors everything was perfect. ELectronically car shows perfect. What do you think the problem could be with the symptoms.

Hi there,

Question 1. Are you sure that the ECU is compatible with the new engine.

Question 2. How long was the second hand motor sitting before being used?

Question 3. Have you changed the fuel filter, and checked for any new re set fault codes.

Check all vacuum hoses and check fuel system, it may have gummed up injectors or a compatibility problem with the ECU.
