It’s so easy to guess (is it this or that)
But can be very expensive too
So how about running some tests and checking for a cause

1st check if you have spark on that cylinder and
If the spark strong! If the wire ok and the plug and or the coil

2nd do a compression test

3rd check the wiring on the injector is it pulsing

see if you can get the codes I thing 95 is obd2 ready
