2007 Other Mazda Models Engine died

2007 Other Mazda Models 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 10863 miles

The Mazda Service said I blew the engine because I didn't have my 8,000 mile oil change done. My car was driving very well until it just stopped in the middle of the road. Will a oil change have anything to do with that, or are they giving the run around? My last oil change was at my 3,835 mile mark. The factory warranty will NOT pay for it because of fact that I didn't have my oil change done. The service manager said it had 2qrts of oil in the car at time of arrival, Will the engine still blow?

With 2 quarts of oil that is likely. Does the engine crank? Or not move at all?

It's a 2007 RX8 Mazda, I was driving and it was runing very well but then it quit. I let it sit and it cranked right up but was puttin but still moving, it stopped again in the street again and I added a quart of oil and let it sit and it cranked right up and was driving good and just stopped in the middle of the street. From there it just made a sound like when your alternator messes up, but would not crank up.

Well aare you getting bright blue sparks and fuel pressure?

To tell if the engine is blown jus perform a compression test on each cylinder, the lowest should be no more then 25% lower then the highest.

I really dont know what the car is doing now. It's at a Mazda dealer just sitting there. It was taken to a my nearest Mazda dealer but they claimed they didn't know what was wrong with it. So now it's at another dealer just waiting on me to buy a new engine for it. The 2nd dealer are the one's saying the engine is blown for lack of proper mainetance. Just seeing if someone could give me so more info, sorry to take up your time.
