Smells problem
1994 Other Mazda Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

1994 MAZDA MX-3
I JUST GOT THIS CAR FROM A PARENT AND IT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR 2 YEARS. AFTER SOME WORK ON THE BRAKES AND MUFFLER I WAS ABLE TO GET IT ON THE ROAD. WHEN I FIRST GOT IT RUNNING THERE WAS THIS WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST SO I FILLED IT UP WITH 93 OCTANE GAS AND PUT DRY GAS IN THE GAS TANK AND SOME STUFF CALLED SEA FOAM IN THE GAS TANK AND THE OIL. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WHITE SMOKE THAT WAS COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST WAS WATER IN THE GAS TANK FROM IT SITTING FOR SO LONG. I HAVE FILLED IT UP TWICE NOW AND DROVE IT FOR 250 MILES. THE WHITE SMOKE ONLY COMES OUT WHEN I FIRST START THE CAR FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES TILL IT WARMS UP, FOR THE REST OF THE DAY THERE IS NO SIGN OF THE WHITE SMOKE. I AM NOT LOSING ANY ANTIFREEZE. BEFORE I TAKE IT TO GET ANOTHER OPINION I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK YOU. COULD IT BE TRUE THAT IT COULD BE WATER IN THE GAS OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE.

Seafoam will smoke. May have started out as moisture from setting, but run a few tanks of gas through it until the seafoam is gone.

I Like seafoam and use on intake cleaning. IF too much is in there too quick, You can create a heck of a smoke screen.
