1994 Other Mazda Models Engine cutting out

My '94 MX3 has new plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter, but it hesitates very bad every time that you start off. I can let off the gas and it takes about 10 seconds of sputtering to finally catch up and go.
I did buy a second hand Mass Air Flow Sensor, but it still is doing the same thing. ( I know it could be bad, but the part looked new) any suggestions?

. Ah darn. Now the thing wont start. It sounds like it wants to turn over but, it floods itself, I replaced the relay and and tested the sparkage and they are good. Oh yeah the oil smells like gas from it being flooded.
