1991 Mazda MX5 Relay gone bad

All fuses are good. Have a problem with the Windows getting power to also the winshield wippers and the aircondition blower. All three will not come on. The Aircondition compressor will come on the head lights will come on. It must be one of the Relays gone bad. Need to know which one and the location.

The blower motor, wipers and power windows all use separate fuses and are on different circuits. If these all stopped at the same time then their must be an issue with fuse block itself, not a fuse or relay.
