Right front fan does not work.
are there any bigger radiators for my car?

If the radiator fan is not working, you need to get it fixed. Getting a bigger radiator would not help.

The original radiator shou dbe sufficient for cooling and there is no necessity for a bigger one. Anyway there is none for the model that I know of.
