1987 Mazda B2200 Backfire, dies and no restart

I was driving down the road and the truck backfired then lost power will not restart. I checked coil and it gets power to it but plugs show no power. I am lost here. Help Please

Timing belt broke needs replaceing good news engine NOT interference so no valve damage. if you deside to DIY see diagram for aligning marks
