does a rebuilt engine mean that the engine starts at 0 mileage all over again? Also same for a transmission.

Hi there,

If you have a fully re built engine or transmission fitted, the life of that component starts again, the rest of the car is still considered that mileage shown, you should keep all paper work to prove the life of a re co engine or transmission, note the Km's or miles on the speedo when fitted.
