1995 Mazda 929 electric

My mazda when the a/c is on, for some reason it goes high in low. Plus the light get brighter in low, my abs lights come on, my radio fuse blow, my radio is not working everytime, I put a fuse it blow it, when the 4w abs light comes on, is like it suck the power to get higher thats why my fuse keep on blowing.
