Check engine light problem

I have a 1997 Mazda 626 4 cyl manual. My check engine light came on and I tested it and got a p0404 (egr range/perf) and a p1195 (egr boost sensor) and I had it tested by my mechanic and he checked out all the wires except the wires to the computer and came out with the right voltage. Hes says the egr system is fine but it might be either the computer or the wires to the computer. I changed the computer and got the same results, but he still thinks it because of the computers. Do you think its the wires to the computer or the cumputer itself?

The egr boost sensor was tested but turned out fine then a month later the p1195 code has somehow disappeared but still remain with the p0404 code and the occasional p0400 (egr flow malfuction) code but theres noting wrong with the egr system, its all tested and it gets the right voltage
