1997 Mazda 323 Hazard warning switch not working

Hi,

My hazard warning switch is not working, could this be a fuse, is there a seperate fuse for this switch, if so, where is this located. It's clicking when dpressed in and out, which seems to be mechanically working?

Where's the flasher located?

Turn key to on ( not start ), make a left or right turn signal then follow the clicking sounds, should be somewhere there.
