I have mazda bj5p , when ignition switch on ignition coils getting over heat. why is that

If the coil is faulty, it would overheat. Keeping the ignition on for extended period of time would cause that too but the coil operates at a certain heat range due to being energised by battery voltage so if it is not causing any problem, it should be ok.
