Shakes or Wobbles problem
1995 Mazda 323 Manual 105000 miles

Hi, I have just bought this mazda only about a month ago and only been able to drive it once or twice, heres my problem. Car will drive fine on the straight but as soon as I try and get up the hill I live on the car loses power straight away. I will do roughly 10mph while bumping and shaking slightly. It does not like the hills but seems to be ok on the straight. Sounds rough as dog so not driving it until I find out why, A mechanic told me my cat was knackered so ive ordered one of them but when I look under the car just in front of the cat before the manifold there is another box just like another cat. Really confusing my situation to be honest.

I have no idea why the car wont get up the hill?

Any help would be well appreciated
(been ripped off with this car and now it wont drive and I cant get a refund etc etc etc)

Thanks
Dan

Could be the catalytic converter and the following below

Oxygen sensor
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
