1994 Mazda 323 Electric window

The regulator and motor are removed as one unit, then seperated on the bench, put the regulator in the fully up position b4 you remove the motor, it's under spring tension, and this will minimze the risk of injury!

Not too difficult, the problem is that the window regulator (piece that the motor and window mount to) is spring loaded and needs to be locked down before the motor is removed or serious injury could occur. Otherwise, remove door panel, unattach glass from regulator and secure fully up with blue masking tape over the top of the door frame.(Releases and wont leave goo on the glass or door) unbolt regulator from door, unplug motor and remove assembly from door. Lock down reg in vise, remove motor, replace with new and reverse procedure
